Cameron Terry
Cameron Terry serves as a Principal at Godspeed Capital, a private equity investment firm focused on organic and inorganic growth strategies for companies in the lower middle-market defense & government services, solutions, and technology markets. Mr. Terry is responsible for the evaluation, due diligence and execution of new investment opportunities and working closely with portfolio companies to implement key components of the Godspeed Playbook. Mr. Terry has over 10 years of relevant experience in investment banking and consulting.
Prior to joining Godspeed Capital, Mr. Terry was a Vice President at Regions Securities LLC, focused on providing leveraged finance and corporate financial advisory services to aerospace, defense & government services industries. At Regions, Mr. Terry led the financing of Godspeed’s Fund I investment in MOREgroup and has worked extensively with Godspeed Partners at predecessor firms.
Prior to Regions Securities LLC, Mr. Terry worked in assurance and business advisory, primarily serving customers in the defense & government services industries. In addition, Mr. Terry began his career in turnaround and distressed business advisory.
Mr. Terry currently serves on the Board of Directors of Stengel Hill Architecture, Crimson Phoenix, Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, and Special Aerospace Services.
Mr. Terry holds a B.S. in Accounting from Birmingham-Southern College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
